Vitamins are carbon containing substances that are required for normal metabolism but are not synthesized in the body. Vitamins and minerals function as "cofactors" in the metabolism of products in the body. Most aspects of bodily metabolism proceed with the aid of specific enzymes, but if additional catalysts were not present for example, the cofactor vitamins and minerals the reactions would proceed so slowly that they would be ineffective.
Vitamin A has many important functions in the body that relate to membrane integrity, especially of epithelial cells and mucous membranes. It is also essential for bone growth, reproduction, and embryonic development.

With the exception of vitamin C (ascorbic acid), water soluble vitamins belong mainly to what has been termed the B complex of vitamins. The better known B vitamins are thiamine (B (1)), riboflavin (B (2)), niacin (B (3)), pyridoxine (B (6)), pantothenic acid, lecithin, choline, inositol, and paraaminobenzoic acid (PABA). Two other members are folic acid and cyanocobalamin (B (12)). Yeast and liver are natural sources of most of these vitamins.

They combined aerobic dancing with strength training and stretching. The median number of seizures decreased from 2.9 to 1.7 during the experimental exercise phase. The women also had fewer health complaints, such as muscle pains, sleep problems and fatigue.
People who exercise are regularly more likely to continue exercise throughout their lives. Once I got into the habit of exercising, it no longer became a chore. Exercising became a physical activity that I enjoyed doing in my spare time. I made sure that I scheduled my days so I would at least have three to four days of exercise. Exercising should take place at least every other day foe a period of fifteen to sixty minutes.
I enjoy walking, floor aerobics, weights and working on the machines. I would work out a little each day and exercise with the TV or the radio. Whatever motivated me then, but remember before you begin any exercise program you should check with your doctor first.
When I exercised, it made me feel good inside. Exercise should be some activity that you can do that would not strain your body. It can be walking, jogging, running, aerobics, bench stepping, hiking, jazzercise, bodybuilding, swimming, dance or anything that you enjoy. You should do some kind of exercise to keep your body in shape. The older you become the more important is to exercise. Exercise affects the aging body, helping to maintain fitness and slow down the physical effects of aging. The Top 10 Roadblocks To Attracting Prosperity… And What We Can Do About Them!
If it were easy, everyone would do IT; everyone would have IT.
That "IT" is prosperity and we're all trying to achieve that stage in our lives where wealth, health, success are a daily part of our lives.
So what's the problem?
Why aren't some of us living a prosperous life?

1) CLARITY
Many people don't know what they truly want in life. They have not clarified exactly what they desire and where they want to be within a year, 5 years even 3 months. Because they don't know where they are going they drift along with the daily grind, totally forgetting that they want to attain true prosperity.
2) PATH

3) STRUGGLE
Many are desperately trying to live a life of happiness, wealth and success. They are focused on achieving true prosperity but yet constantly find themselves struggling to attain it. It is this struggle that actually prevent them from being truly prosperous.
4) FEAR
False Evidence Appearing Real. This one 4-letter word prevents us from going forward to achieve all that we desire. What will our family think? Will our friends still like us? A very high percentage of persons fear success because of how it will affect us and our relationship with others.
5) CONDITIONING
As children and young adults our environment affects a great deal of our 'conditioning' and has a profound effect on the way we think, act and live. Our environment here could include our parents, our friends, television, politics, religion, school courses and our job. For example, the TV may constantly bombard us with images of prosperous persons as unhappy, as crooks or gangsters or as lonely or selfish. If we really believe this, who would want a lead a prosperous, successful life?
6) THE NORM
"I can't be bothered. This is too much work. It's too hard". Some persons simply cannot be bothered to achieve prosperity. They live each day in a trance, in a numb existence, going along with the status-quo and have no desire to change their lives for the better.
7) OUT-GROW YOUR PEERS
Some people don't want change. You may be hesitant to achieve your dreams, goals, you vision because once you do achieve true prosperity it may reduce your inventory of what is actually possible for you. It may mean that you grow beyond your partner, your friends and your family. What will that mean for you?
8) NEGATIVITY
Our lives are stuck by the negativity we are drawn to in our daily lives. A large percentage of persons want to out do their co-workers or friends with the amount and magnitude of problems that they have. Most of us live our lives in total lack and shortage and that prevents us from achieving true prosperity.
9) COURAGE
It takes courage to be prosperous. We need to focus our thoughts towards our vision of true prosperity and hold to that vision. Once we have the courage and the beliefs, there is nothing we cannot achieve.
10) BELIEFS
"It can't happen to us. Prosperity is for other people. They were born with a silver spoon in their mouth". We are programmed to think that being poor equals happiness. Our belief system totally affects how we live our lives. It is these beliefs that hold us back from our true potential and our true prosperity,and at the same time we should seek to convince them of the truth..

Okay so now we're aware of what are the top 10 roadblocks to attracting greater prosperity, let's focus on what we can do about them...starting right now!
(a) The very 1st thing we have to do before we even start thinking about attracting more success, more prosperity and more of what we want is to figure out WHAT exactly do we want!
I know we all Think we know what we want, but if this is true why don't we have it. We want a BMW Convertible, we want a 3000 sq ft house on 1 acre of land close to the golf course, we want money….
Okay so what do we need to change to get them?
Two things.
We need to get focused, and we need to have the belief that we will get them. We need to get really, really clear on what we want; we need to clarify what we desire then set the intention of how we would feel and what we would experience when we've achieved what we want.
It is wise to remember that anything we want should resonate with our true values of who we are. This makes it so much easier to attract.
Why do we need to struggle if we can make it effortless?
How can we figure out what we want?
There are a few ways that we can use that will allow us to get clear on what we DON'T want and therefore by contrast, by turning this around we can clearly see what we DO want!
(b) The prosperity mindset is what we desire to overcome the fear and the conditioning that are deeply embedded into our subconscious.
There are many programs and processes out there that can make us shift from that state of scarcity to a prosperity consciousness. We are in scarcity when we know how much we DON'T have; we're in scarcity when we know what we DIDN'T do today…we're in scarcity and lack when we think "not enough"
To get started now, there is a very powerful tool that you can use to increase the prosperity awareness in your life. It's called the "Prosperity Journal" or a Grateful journal. Being grateful is a very dominant emotion that allows us to feel at one with the Universe and enables our desires to flow to us effortlessly.

(c) We all need a Clear Plan of action; we need to set our rudder on course and focus on our destination ~ our vision.
Many of us in attempting to achieve our goals tend to get side-tracked. (I know I have,as it applies to our communication with others!)

Creating a powerful living vision as well as SMART goals to support this vision will propel you forward towards your desire for prosperity faster than anything I know.
(d) Use the Laws of the Universe to make it easier! If you're tired of the struggle and want to make your prosperity come to you effortlessly, here's a secret that few people know about. It like a short cut! It's like a school crossing guard that helps children across the street!
The Law of Attraction can orchestrate everything you need to be, do and have in order for You to attract your desires….easily!
Think of it. When the children see the crossing-guard they feel safe and happy and know that all is well. When we use the Laws of the Universe to our benefit, all is taken care of. Our desires come to us exactly as we want, sometimes even better!
(e) Support and Accountability- of course YOU can do it on your own- you can attract greater prosperity, wealth, success, money, happiness…but how long will it take you? How difficult will it be for you to obtain all you've ever desired,no purpose?
In many situations in order for us to achieve what we truly wish for, there is often some confusion and conflict. Why does this happen to us? It's called Internal Resistance.
When that point of Internal Resistance is reached, we unconsciously tend to sabotage our early success and stop ourselves in our tracks from achieving more of what we desire. In short you are stuck!
"I can't do this".
"I'm not going to earn any more than this no matter how hard I work".
"This will never happen".
"I'm not yet ready for this".
It is these Resistance thoughts that stop us from doing what we want and can often show up as procrastination or fear.

Deciding what job to pursue after college entails more brain cells that most activities. Unlike deciding on what car to buy or what clothes to wear,events and circumstances. Most people believe that a career in travel nursing is stuff that dreams are made of. You cannot fail once you accept who and what you are.

Thought and Money
The less I remember, the better my day goes.
I know, that's a headscratcher of a statement.
The more I put a stop on remembering what happened yesterday, last week, many moons ago or just a few seconds back - the better I feel.
Whether those memories carry good or negative emotions doesn't make a difference. It's happened. And thinking about it keeps me distracted,Tomorrow's Edge. Because any memory carries emotional baggage,Chairman and CEO of FedEx,3352 Ugg Bailey Button Mini Grey Boots.
It can be the best baggage ever, but it doesn't change the fact that it is my history. And it has Absolutely Nothing to do with Now.

Our hang-ups and gripes and bad habits are fed by our memories. We make them festering wounds that can't heal because, through memory, we keep the source of the infliction alive. If we couldn't remember them, we'd be free of them.
Good memories are just as bad.
Remembering a pleasant experience blocks out the present one. And that's probably the intention. The consequence to you and whoever or whatever is being tuned out is this you have dropped off the face of the earth. You're not available. So, in actual fact, you might as well be living in a parallel universe. It may be pleasant, but it's not real.
A clear mind is a most precious commodity. Clarity is like a laserbeam of creativity. Your beautiful life thrives on it.
A clear mind paves the way to a prosperous life. A life of untold riches. When your mind is freed of emotional clutter, it has room to explore and create. It becomes magnet for success.
Now it's your turn to Accept and experience. Just believe me and try. Apply, apply, apply. It is only when you apply any theory that you gain the experience to find your own truth. My truth doesn't matter to your life. Find yours. Your experience is your proof. Wouldn't you want to prove that your life thrives as soon as you bury the past?
Friends, this really works. Leave your memories to history. Surprise yourself into living a life of transcendent joy, unlimited prosperity, and luminous glory.
By now you realize that every change in your life manifests as a result of overhauling your thoughts. Memories are just thoughts that were once alive and are now gone forever. Leave them be.
You can't fail your destiny once you accept it. Accept your creativity. Accept your wisdom. Accept your greatness.
You cannot fail once you accept who and what you are.

Success Lessons From Wellington The Iron Duke by John Watson
Arthur Wellesley (1769-1852), who later became the Duke of Wellington and the hero who beat Napoleon at Waterloo, had to overcome his own mother's lack of faith in him in order to make a success of his military career.
She once commented: "I vow to God I don't know what I shall do with my awkward son, Arthur". She even believed he had little aptitude for soldiering! Perhaps this motivated him to become one of the greatest generals in British military history. Several key success lessons can be learned from his life.
Millions are programmed from an early age by their own parents and friends who place verbal limits on what they can achieve. Too often,How can you expect to get anywhere without appreciating where you're at now and where you've been, they allow these limits to control them for the rest of their lives. Wellesley, for one, managed to demolish the limits placed on him by his own mother.
However, at first, Arthur appeared to prove that his mother's opinion of him was correct. He showed little aptitude for anything except playing the violin and socializing.
But, by 1793, when the French King was guillotined and war was declared on France, he had learned the huge success lesson of the importance of focus. He decided to take his army career seriously and burnt his violin in his fireplace so that he could concentrate all his energies on succeeding as a soldier.
This was probably a wise move. The old saying "Jack of all trades and master of none," has real meaning. Successful people soon learn that they cannot do everything they want to and need to concentrate their energies on a few key projects.
Wellesley and his family had enough influence and money to buy his way up the officer ranks of the army. He was able to rise extremely quickly from the status of a junior officer to that of lieutenant-colonel at the age of 25.
He used the leverage of family and money to speed up his progress to military success. Successful people do not go it alone if they can help it. Life is too short.
However, Wellesley did not rely on family influence alone. After his regiment was sent to India in 1796, Wellesley began to distinguish himself. He worked hard to master his craft and took care of his troops.
He became a master of the reverse-slope tactic which he would use later at Waterloo. He kept his forces screened from artillery fire behind the brow of a hill. He probably realized early on that dead soldiers do not achieve victory.
He won several important battles in India and then, in 1805, returned to England. In 1808, he arrived in Portugal which was occupied by the French. He soon began a series of victories and, when given sole command, launched the Peninsular war which was to drive Napoleon's armies from Portugal and Spain by 1814.
The French had seemed unbeatable until Wellesley took them on. In 1808 he had told a friend that he would not be chased off the continent as so many other similar forces had been, because he had made a study of French tactics, and would not be intimidated by their reputation.
"They may overwhelm me but I don't think they will outmanoeuvre me,I am always polite and tactful. First, because I am not afraid of them, as everybody else seems to be; and secondly, because if what I hear of their system of manoeuvre is true, I think it a false one against steady troops. I suspect that all the continental armies were more than half beaten before the battle was begun - I, at least, will not be frightened beforehand.'
Wellington knew how to stand steady in the face of a fearsome attack and he instilled the same spirit into his troops. Cool, steady, courage is a major factor in most success stories. Too many people are beaten by their own lack of self-confidence before they even start. If they do start and run into problems they panic and panic leads quickly to failure.
Wellington was called several affectionate names by his troops such as Old Hookey (he had a prominent nose), Our Atty (Arthur) and the Bugger that Beats the French. He had words for them too which show his contempt for the run away fathers and petty criminals who made up a part of his army. However, his words also show his laconic sense of humour.
Before the battle of Waterloo, it is said that Wellington said of his own troops "This army is composed of the scum of the earth, I don't know what effect these men will have on the enemy, but by God they terrify me!"
During the five years of the Peninsular war, he did not take one day's leave. His work ethic was huge - another mark of successful people. He campaigned backwards and forwards across Portugal and Spain.
He was occasionally forced to retreat because of the large numbers opposing him, but never lost a battle or even a single cannon. He was almost always outnumbered by the large French forces that were occupying Spain.
There followed a one step forward, one step back style of campaign that kept Wellington one step ahead of his often numerically superior enemies.
When in doubt about his army's ability to defeat larger enemy forces he would retire to his strong defensive network - the Lines of Torres Vedras. His tactical skill proved itself again and again. Wellington, like most other successful people, developed his skills constantly and was careful not to bite off more than he could chew.
The leadership Wellesley showed in the Peninsular campaign was legendary. He expected the best from his men but was also a harsh disciplinarian. He hanged looters. He valued the help of his Portuguese and Spanish allies too much to allow thieves to alienate them. Yet his troops knew that he never risked their lives in battle without good cause.
After driving the French from the Peninsula, Wellington pushed on into France itself until Napoleon, pressed by Wellington in the south and the Prussian, Russian and Austrian allies in the north, was forced to abdicate in 1814.
Wellington was praised as the hero of Europe, but peace did not last long. In March of 1815, Napoleon escaped from his exile on the island of Elba and once again threatened Europe.
Arthur Wellesley was now made the first Duke of Wellington and marched his troops into Belgium where Napoleon had gathered his army.
At a place called Waterloo the French and British armies met for what was to be the final battle. The allies of the British like the Prussians, Belgians and the Dutch should not be forgotten. They played a large part in the victory.
Wellington,in fact, himself, was everywhere on the field of battle encouraging his men and holding them steady against the legendary French army and their great general, Napoleon.
Wellington said of him that his presence on the battle field was worth 40,000 men. The same could have been said of Wellington himself.
Wellington eventually inflicted an overwhelming defeat on Napoleon, but the victory cost a large number of lives. Wellington had become known as the 'Iron Duke' by his men but even he wept when he learned of the numbers of men who had lost their lives on that day.
The British had suffered 15,000 casualties and the French 40,000. Waterloo was to be Wellington's last battle. He returned to England and resumed a political career begun many years before. He eventually became Prime Minister in 1828.
He was not popular as a politician and once had to fight a duel with one of his political opponents - Lord Winchelsea. However, both men wisely aimed to miss and honour was satisfied!
The Duke was not a man to be dominated or threatened by anyone. Unlike Prince Charles,3352 Ugg Bailey Button Mini Grey Boots, he was not too worried about his private writings being made public. He made a famous reply to a rejected mistress, who threatened to publish the love-letters he had written to her: "Publish and be damned!"
Queen Victoria consulted him frequently. She asked his advice about how to deal with sparrows which had nested on the roof of the Crystal Palace. Wellington's reply was brief and to the point, "Sparrow-hawks, Ma,am". He was right. The sparrows were soon gone!
In one of my favourite films "Waterloo", the Duke was asked what his plans were in case he was killed. The Duke replied: "To beat the French!"
He was a man of action and few words although he did in fact plan very carefully and took great care to choose the right ground for his battles. Success demands both action and planning.
Wellington made many mistakes in his life and career but his ability to achieve success shines out above them all. He refused to accept the valuation placed on him by his own mother. He focused all his efforts on his chosen career and mastered the skills necessary to succeed in it.
He used leverage when it was offered. He was not intimidated by the reputation of the French at that time and had the courage and confidence to face up to his military, political and private enemies. He knew how to plan and how to act. He was a great leader who led by example.
As a public figure Wellington remained a respected leader until his death in 1852. He was offered a cup of tea on his deathbed. His polite reply - 'Yes, if you please' - were his last words on earth.
Wellington died at Walmer Castle in Kent in 1852 and was given the honour of a State Funeral. It was a magnificent tribute to a great military hero. The Duke is buried in St. Paul's Cathedral next to another great hero, Lord Nelson.
If you are ever in London, try to visit the Duke's house and the awesome statues to the south east of Hyde Park. I love gazing at these statues. They give a sense of Wellington's greatness and the courage of his 'steady' troops.
